How can I place an order?

You can choose either delivery by entering your address, or takeaway by selecting the store you wish to visit to pick up your order. Alternatively, you can call us at 2130 400 400.

What is the difference between a delivery order and a takeaway order?

When you choose delivery, your order is brought directly to your door. If you choose takeaway, you pick up your order from either the nearest store or the one that is most convenient for you.

When will my order arrive?

The delivery time will be confirmed in the email you receive after placing your order. Alternatively, you can track its progress by clicking the "Track your order" button, which appears right after submission. Please note that during peak hours, there may be slight variations in delivery times.

How can I modify/cancel my order?

For any changes or cancellations to your order, you can call us at 2130 400 400. It is recommended to contact us as early as possible so the store has enough time to modify or cancel your order.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order either by card, cash, or via POS upon delivery. Please note that some stores may not have POS available during delivery. The available payment methods for each store are displayed at checkout.

If you choose takeaway, payment can only be made by card.
