Allergens & Product information
Under the new REGULATION (EU) No. 1169/2011 on the provision of food information to consumers, it is MANDATORY information on allergenic ingredients that may be contained not only in prepackaged, but also in non-prepacked foods offered to end consumers in foodservice outlets.
order to ensure effective information to our customers who visit daily the QUICK shops, we have created tables with products containing allergens, indicating where appropriate the specific type as described by law.

1. Cereals containing gluten (ie wheat, barley, oats, rye, etc.) and products based on these cereals
2. CRUSTACEANS (ie shellfish ie prawns etc)
3. EGGS and based eggs products
4. FISH and products the fish
5. GROUNDNUTS (ie peanuts) and products groundnuts
6. Soybeans and soy products
7. MILK and milk products (including lactose)
8. NUTS (ie nuts such as almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, etc. and their products)
9. CELERY and products derived from celery
10. MUSTARD products derived from it, eg mustard
11. Sesame seeds and products derived from sesame
12. SULPHUR DIOXIDE and THEIODEIS COMPOUNDS (preservative containing some food, eg wine)
13. Lupin (like legume plant) and products
14. MOLLUSCS (ie octopus, squid, etc.) and their products
