1. About Smiling Club?

Smiling Club is our customer rewards program. You collect “cups” with every coffee purchase and other activities, and you earn free coffee, coupons, and special offers!

2. How do I sign up for the program?

There are several ways to join:

  • Through Gregorys.gr or the Gregory’s e-order app, by checking the box “I want to become a member.”
  • At the store — just give your mobile number at the counter, and you’ll receive a link to start your registration
  • Find a Smiling Club card at any store and scan the QR code on it. You’ll be redirected to Gregorys.gr or the Gregory’s e-order app to complete your registration
3. Do I need to register online?

Yes, only members who have completed their registration on Gregorys.gr or the Gregory’s e-order app can redeem coupons. If you don’t register online, you’ll still be able to collect cups, but you won’t be able to redeem them.

4. How do I collect cups?

Cups (stamps) are collected either when you buy coffees, (1 coffee = 1 cup) or through other activities and “missions” that you can view in your profile.

5. What do I win with the cups that I collect?

Each time you collect 10 cups, you earn a coupon for a free coffee on your next order. The coupon can be redeemed at Gregory’s stores or online at Gregorys.gr or the Gregory’s e-order app. Please note that some Gregory’s stores may not participate in the “Smiling Club” program.

6. How do I redeem a coupon?

When you have a coupon, you will see it in your profile on the relevant coupons page. If you want to place an order on Gregorys.gr or the Gregory’s eorder app, you can apply it to your cart through the coupons list before completing your order. If you are in a store, you can ask the cashier to scan the QR code of the coupon you want to use. Alternatively, when your membership is recognized at the checkout, the cashier can select one of your coupons from their screen.

7. How is member identification done in store?

There are several ways for a member to be identified in-store:

  • You can give the cashier the phone number you used to register at Smiling Club
  • You can have the cashier scan your member QR code, found in your profile on Gregorys.gr or the Gregory’s e-order app
  • You can have the cashier scan the QR code of a coupon from your profile on Gregorys.gr or Gregory’s e-order app — this will both identify you as a member and select that specific coupon to be used in your order
  • You can have the cashier scan the barcode on your Smiling Club card that you can get from any store. To be recognized through the card, you must first add it to your profile on Gregorys.gr or in the Gregory’s e-order app
8. How do I add a card to my profile

You can add your card through your account in Gregorys.gr or Gregory’s e-order app. Each account can have only one active card, but if you wish, you can replace your old one with a new one — all the cups you’ve collected will be automatically transferred to your account.


You can use your card for in-store orders to collect cups, but you must add your card to your account through Gregorys.gr or Gregory’s e-order app in order to redeem coupons.

9. How long does it take for the cups, coupons and badges to appear in my account?

Cups, coupons and badges appear in your account shortly after your order has been delivered or picked up (whether online or in-store).

10. How can I use my coupons?
  • You can use your coupons for orders placed in Gregorys.gr or Gregory’s e-order app by applying the coupon at your cart.
  • You can also use a coupon in-store. Once you’re identified as a member, the cashier can see your available coupons and apply one to your order. You can also have the cashier scan your coupon’s QR code without being identified as a member beforehand — scanning the coupon’s QR code will automatically identify you as a member and apply the coupon to your in-store order.
11. How can I connect a card I got from a store to my account?

You can add your card in Gregorys.gr or Gregorys e-order app in your account. Each account can have only one active card, but if you wish, you can replace your old one with a new one — all the cups you’ve collected will be automatically transferred to your account.

You can use your card for in-store orders to collect cups, but it’s necessary to add your card to your account through Gregorys.gr or Gregory’s e-order app in order to redeem coupons.

12. What are the Characters?

When you register, you can choose a “character” that matches your lifestyle and personality. Based on your chosen character, you’ll see personalized missions, badges, and offers. You can change your character up to three times per year.

13. How do missions work?

They are “missions” that you can complete to win additional cups and coupons. Some missions apply only to online orders (exclusively through Gregorys.gr or the Gregorys e-order app), while others apply to both online orders and orders placed in stores.

14. How do badges work?

You receive the badge shown when you complete the mission stated in each one. You can only do these missions through Gregorys.gr or Gregory’s e-order app.

15. Do the Coupons expire?

Yes, all coupons have an expiration date. You can redeem them both online and in-store. You can check your profile to see when each coupon expires.

16. Do the cups (stamps) expire?

Cups are valid for 365 days from the date they’re issued. If they’re not redeemed in time, they expire automatically.

17. Where can I see the cups, coupons and badges that I have earned?

In your profile on Gregorys.gr and the Gregory’s e-order app, under the “Smiling Club” section. You can also give your mobile number at the store counter, and the staff can tell you how many cups you currently have and which coupons you have available.

18. Can I refer Smiling Club to a friend?

Yes! In your profile, you’ll find your unique referral code. When your friend signs up using it, you’ll both earn cups.

19. Can I delete my account?

Yes. You can either completely delete your account or choose to deactivate only your Smiling Club enrollment while keeping your account on Gregorys.gr and Gregory’s e-order app. In either case, you’ll lose all the coupons and offers you’ve earned.

20. What kind of notifications will I receive?
  • Welcome email
  • Notifications about new cups, badges and coupons that you earned
  • Notifications when your stamps are about to expire or when you’re close to earning a new coupon
