From Brazil to Your Cup: The Journey of Espresso Blend Brazil 100% Arabica

From May to September, Brazil moves to the rhythm of the harvest. It is the dry season, when the sun helps the coffee cherries dry naturally, preserving their aromas and flavors intact.
On our partners’ farms, the process feels like a ritual. Farmers return to the trees several times, handpicking only the ripe cherries each time. The result of Brazil’s harvest is a coffee with natural sweetness, intense aroma, and unique balance.
Every year during this season, our Coffee Expert, Tasos Kodellas, is at the heart of Brazil’s agricultural production, tasting dozens of samples, seeking the finest lots from different terroirs, and crafting the year’s blend.
This year, after completing his mission, Tasos returned to Greece with his new selections. The beans he chose are now gradually arriving at our facilities, ensuring they remain fresh and deliver the same consistent, delightful experience in every cup coffee.
