The Focaccias from Gregory’s have been awarded!

Gregory’s beloved Focaccias — Verde, Bianca, and Rossa — earned the “Best in Taste, Customer’s Choice” distinction, proving that great taste and quality always stand out!

The three Focaccia creations impressed the public through blind taste tests conducted in accordance with ISO 8589:2010 standards. With fluffy, golden focaccia bread — made from an authentic Italian recipe — and combinations that balance freshness, aroma, and texture, every bite is a small taste experience.

• Focaccia Verde: Light and refreshing, with mozzarella, fresh tomato, arugula, and basil spread.

• Focaccia Bianca: Creamy and refined, with mortadella, mozzarella, parmesan, arugula, basil spread, and mayonnaise dressing.

• Focaccia Rossa: Prosciutto, parmesan, cream cheese, arugula, and balsamic for a rich, intense flavor in every bite.
