1. Espresso COZY
What you’ll need
• 1 shot of espresso from the Espresso Brazil 100% Arabica capsule
• 120 ml oat or almond milk
• 1 tablespoon honey
• A pinch of cinnamon
• A pinch of nutmeg or cardamom
• Optional: orange peel for garnish
How to make it
Warm the milk in a small pot with the spices, without bringing it to a boil. Add the honey and stir until it melts. Pour the espresso into a mug and slowly add the warm milk, just like making a latte. If you want, sprinkle a bit of cinnamon on top or add some orange peel.
2. Espresso CARAMEL
What you’ll need
• 1 shot of espresso from the Espresso Brazil 100% Arabica capsule
• 120 ml milk
• 1 tablespoon caramel syrup
• A pinch of salt
• For garnish: a bit of caramel or crushed biscuit
How to make it
Warm the milk with the caramel over low heat for 2–3 minutes, until it begins to steam. Add the espresso and salt, then stir gently. Serve in a mug, top with milk foam, drizzle a little caramel syrup, and finish with some crushed biscuit.
Now that you know the secrets, there’s only one thing left: try them out! Pick the recipe that suits your vibe and enjoy your own creative coffee drink.
